The prices are per week and are there is an additional cleaning/laundry charge of 100 Euros for groups of up to 6 people and 150 Euros for 7 or more people. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. An initial deposit of 200 Euros/pounds sterling confirms your booking. A security deposit of 150 pounds sterling or Euros is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. There is a small local tax of €1.15 per person over age 14 per day payable along with the holiday balance, converting to sterling where necessary.
