In winter, the landscape is dramatic, with a special peace that comes when the countryside is blanketed in snow.

When in the chalet or the privacy of its own garden, you could be in a small, sleepy Austrian village, but just 10 minutes’ walk away is the vibrant centre of Kaprun with its shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. Our house is truly a home to live and relax in after a day spent on the slopes or sampling the huge variety of summer activities the region offers. It has a massive 120 square metres of space! The three double bedrooms are airy and spacious, with masses of wardrobe and drawer space, and each has its own balcony to sit out on. An additional double bed is concealed in the wall of the snug and can be pulled down if necessary. You can experience all the comforts of home in the living room that has great entertainment features and easily accommodates 9 people. There are two immaculate bathrooms and two additional separate toilets, so there is no need to squabble over who has the first shower or bath! Your children will love to explore the interesting split level layout and they will find many things to keep them amused, board games, a football table and a PS2 console complete with games, all in a separate children's games room. There are TVs in bedrooms and a good selection of DVDs. They can also play outside in the enclosed rear garden. We have facilities for your baby. Including a high chair, cot, baby monitor and bottle warmer. Please note that it is not possible for a small child to open the door to the balcony in their bedroom.
